簡介
Akaneya Kyoto Station is nestled a convenient 10-minute stroll away from Kyoto Station Hachijo-guchi exit, a 5-minute walk from Toji Station and 7-minutes on foot from two convenience stores. Toji Temple is a 6-minute walk away, where a flea market is held on the 21st of each month, and the nearest Toji Dori bus stop is a 4-minute walk away.
The property features a massage chair that can be used for free. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire guest house. Portable WiFi devices can be borrowed upon request.
The guest rooms are air-conditioned and come equipped with air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with an induction cooking stove, a toaster oven, an electric kettle, refrigerator and rice cooker. The en suite bathroom comes equipped free toiletries and a bathtub. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided.
Aeon Mall Kyoto is a 6-minute walk, where guests can find a supermarket and pharmacy on the ground floor. 這位短裙姊胯下那「神秘的一條」，究竟是什麼呢？本月6日間，一名網友在臉書社團《爆廢公社》中，PO了出一張照片，照片中一名穿短裙的小姐跨坐機車，全身包緊緊，但兩腿微開的她，胯下竟然掉出神秘的一條線！意外引爆網友熱議。
根據網友PO出的照片可見，這名短裙姊跨坐在機車上看手機，而防曬工作做得十分徹底的她，全身都包得密不透風，不僅頭戴遮陽帽，戴著太陽眼鏡，臉還用布巾給圍住，再加一件外套；但下半身只穿牛仔短裙、絲襪的她，雙腿間卻出現一條疑似是「粉紅色丁字褲」的側邊綁線！
網友紛紛猜測，難道是短裙姊沒有把它綁好？或者是綁線斷裂了？竟然默默就從雙腿間掉出，還不知不覺。有人留言表示，「讓人看得好害羞喔！」、「我比較好奇為何小丁的線會斷掉...」、「這位姊姊不覺得下面很涼嗎？」、「掛在那邊有點難看」「意思是叫人去拉嗎...？」
國民黨立委蔣萬安提案要求將天災假明確入法，今(17)日總質詢上蔣也對此提出質詢，但行政院長賴清德在過程中，均沒有表態承諾支持修法；對於賴清德的表現，蔣萬安批評，對於大是大非的問題，賴沒有魄力解決。
國民黨立委蔣萬安提案增訂《勞動基準法》第40條之1，要將「天災假」明確入法，版本中有三大重點，包含天災發生時勞工得以停止上班但雇主薪資照給、勞工享有退避權，也就是當出勤有發生危險之虞，勞工得停止作業並退避至安全場所。
只要地方首長宣布停止上班上課，公教人員可以休颱風假，但近千萬的勞工族群卻不一定能享有此權益，賴清德回應說，確實有企業需要在颱風天上班，但絕大部分私人企業是比照公教人員，但如軍警、記者等因為職業特殊性會需要上班，像他自己是醫生，急診、住院等都還是需要人力，這是職業的特殊性。
勞動部長林美珠說，天災發生時，勞工的出勤狀況，已經有行政指引，有要求勞工有必要出勤時，需要對勞工的安全衛生有特殊準備；不過蔣萬安說，現行指引不具強制力、沒有罰則，因此雇主大膽要求勞工上班，所以才需要將天災假明確入法。
蔣萬安提出數據指出，平均每年僅有2天颱風假，而過去3年間因颱風傷亡、死亡、失蹤的人數卻高達1989人；賴清德則說，他當過地方首長，所以他知道，1989人的數字並不全部都是因為工作導致；聽到賴清德的回應，蔣萬安則回說，只要有1人因為工作(發生意外事件)，都應該給予保障；賴清德則說，理論上應該是這樣。
最後，蔣萬安批評說，賴清德在此大是大非的議題，沒有魄力解決，放任社會上(颱風假)的差別待遇持續存在。
